by the PRESIDENT No. 11 DECLARATION OF DR. Z. NGA VIRUE AND DEPUTY MINISTER J. MUTORW A AS OFFICE-BEARERS: MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AND OTHER OFFICE-BEARERS PENSIONS ACT, 1990 Under the powers vested in me by section 1(2) of the Members of the National Assembly and other Office-bearers Pensions Act, 1990 (Act 21 of 1990) I hereby declare (a) Dr. Z. Ngavirue who holds the office of Director-General ofthe National Planning Commission, as an office-bearer for the purposes of that Act with effect from 21 March 1990; and OF THE REPUBLIC OF NAMIBIA 1993

Mutorwa, who holds office as Deputy Minister in charge of the Department of Water Affairs in the office of the President, as an officebearer for the purposes of that Act with effect from 15 May 1992.
