Support SAFLII

SAFLII’s contributors and an invitation to become one of the number.

SAFLII is a free-access service which has been funded through the generosity of donors since its inception in 2002. It has never been funded through subscriptions or usage charges and it will always remain a free public service.

Contributors from a wide range of organisations and individuals who have an interest in facilitating free access to legal information have funded SAFLII through the years and they are gratefully acknowledged in the list at the bottom of this page

We are, however, always looking for more support as we seldom have sufficient funding for our core activities and projects.

Therefore, to ensure continuity and improve the quality of our services, organisations and individuals are invited to support SAFLII by making whatever contribution that they can. Every little bit will help and all contributions will be recognised on this page or by other means as appropriate, unless anonymity is preferred.

Your contribution will help us ensure that we continue to serve the large numbers of people that visit SAFLII every month and that we continue to expand our collections of legal information. You can view our usage statistics here to get a better sense of how our services are utilised.

Enquiries should be addressed to donations@saflii.org , or you can use our Support SAFLII button underneath to contribute any amount to us through our host institution, the University of Cape Town.

SAFLII is grateful to all those organisations and individuals that provide us with funding, data and other assistance and acknowledges their very significant contributions towards providing free access to law.
