Support SAFLII

Donate to SAFLII today. Keep the law available to all.

SAFLII is a crucial resource for the legal community. Not only does it help all lawyers to do their job but it opens the doors of the legal profession, by helping young lawyers to gain access to the law for free.

Professionals such as journalists, accountants, labour and HR practitioners and mediators also all use SAFLII regularly as do trade unions, NGO workers, employers and employees of large and small businesses. And, importantly, ordinary citizens also use SAFLII.

As a free-access service SAFLII has previously been funded through the generosity of donors since its inception in 2002. It has never been funded through subscriptions or usage charges and it will always remain a free public service. However, as an organisation SAFLII is running out of money and will cease to exist without your support.

If SAFLII were to cease functioning all of us would be impoverished.

Please donate to SAFLII today.

Your contribution will help us ensure that we continue to serve the large numbers of people that visit SAFLII every month and that we continue to expand our collections of legal information. You can view our usage statistics here to get a better sense of how our services are utilised.

Enquiries should be addressed to donations@saflii.org, or you donate today by clicking on the Donate Now button below or above.

If every lawyer or advocate in South Africa donated R 100 per annum, SAFLII will be able to meet core costs annually and be able to keep running indefinitely.
