IMPLEMENTATION OF A SYSTEM OF OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENTS

Pilot project

6.1 The Commission is of the view that any system of out-of-court settlements should initially be implemented in a pilot scheme where it will, on a trial basis, be available to certain courts only.^[89]
