J U D G M E N T

Delivered on 6 March 2002 ________________________________________________________________

REVELAS J:

1. In this matter the applicants claim certain outstanding monies pursuant to their resignation from the employment of the respondent. The application before me is uncontested. The undisputed evidence before me was that for the period 1 November 2001 to 14 December 2001 the respondent owed the applicants remuneration, leave pay, accommodation pay and accommodation and commission. The first applicant who testified motivated the amounts.

2. Accordingly it is ordered that:

1. 1. The respondent is to pay the first applicant an amount of R47 737,36.

2. The respondent is to pay the second applicant an amount of R17 020,00.

3. The respondent is to pay the first applicant the amount of R16 000,00 as commission and the respondent has to pay the second applicant an amount of R16 000,00.
