.RTF of original document
THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA
IN THE HIGH COURT OF UGANDA AT KAMPALA
CIVIL APPEAL NO. 033 OF 2002
MAYANJA YAKOBO :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::PLAINTIFF
VERSUS
KAWOYA LAWRENCE ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::DEFENDANT
BEFORE: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE GIDEON TINYINONDI:
JUDGEMENT
I have perused the lower court proceedings and judgment. I have carefully listened to the submission of both Counsel before me.
I have found nothing to fault the lower court’s findings and holding especially at page 5 paragraph 3, page 5 paragraph 7 of
the judgment.
I accordingly dismiss the appeal, uphold the lower court’s judgment, and award the costs of the appeal to the Respondent.
Gideon Tinyinondi
JUDGE
27/02/2006.
