RULING

1. Mr. Micheal Mawanda, the Receiver and Manager, hereinafter referred to as the Receiver, of Ranch on the Lake Ltd, (in receivership), hereinafter referred to as the company has applied to this court, seeking directions and orders of this court, with regard to the distribution of the proceeds of sale of the assests of the company to the secured creditors of the company, namely DFCU and East African Development Bank.
