An Act to amend the Rent Restriction Act, 1962
[7TH MARCH, ENACTED 1966]

by the Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania.

1 . This Act may be cited as the Rent Restriction (Amendment) Act, short title 1966.

2. Section 1 of the Rent Restriction Act, 1962, is hereby amended New subby adding thereto the following new subsection:— < added\o "(5) Nothing in this Act shall apply to the relations subsisting N O ? 4 2 betweema mortgagor and a mortgagee in such capacity.".
