AMENDMENT OF PROCLAMATION NO. 14 OF 1997: AMENDMENT OF ELECTION DATE FOR TOWN COUNCIL MEMBERS OF EENHANAAND OUTAPI Under the powers vested in me by section 3(4)(d)(i) of the Local Authorities Act, 1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992) I hereby amend Proclamation No. 14 of 1 September 1997, as amended by Proclamation No. 18 of 7 October 1997, by the substitution in paragraph (d) for the date "2 December 1997" of the date" 17 February 1998", being the date on which an election of members of the town councils of Eenhana and Outapi shall be held.
