1996 AMENDMENT OF REGULATIONS UNDER THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT, 1994

The Minister of Labour and Human Resources Development has, under section 47 of the Social Security Act, 1994 (Act 34 of 1994), amended the regulations published by Government Notice 198 of 1995, by the substitution for paragraph (a) of regulation 2(1) of the following paragraph:

"(a)

is an employer on the date of commencement of these regulations, shall on or before 29 February 1996, or within such further period as the Commission may determine; or".
