by the r" No. 14 ELECTORAL ACT, 1992: DETERMINATION OF PERIOD FOR SUPPLEMENT AR Y REGISTRATION OF VOTERS IN RESPECT OF THE NEW LOCAL AUTHORITY AREA OF WALVIS BAY Under the powers vested in me by section 15(1) read with section 28 of the Electoral Act, 1992 (Act 24 of 1992), I hereby determine that a supplementary registration of voters for the local authority area of Walvis Bay shall take place during the period 13 June 1994 to 25 June 1994, excluding 19 June 1994.
