In the matter of :
ERNEST WADIKGOMO
Appellant
vs
THE STATE
Respondent
Appellant in person
Mr. S. A. Afful for the Respondent
JUDGMENT
Coram: Maisels, JP.
Van Winsen, JA. Doyle, JA.
MAISELS, JP.
You were rightly convicted and you are very fortunate having regard to your record that you were not given a heavier sentence than 4 years' imprisonment of which 2 years were suspended.
It seems that you are engaged in the business of stealing money. There is ample evidence upon which you were convicted and there is not the slightest doubt of you having been a party to stealing this money with another man. Your accusations against the Police are completely
unfounded and your appeal is dismissed
I. A. MAISELS Judge President

B. A. DOYLE Judge of Appeal
GIVEN at the High Court, Lobatse this 14th day of July, 1986.
