DOYLE, JA.
Kebafose Mafukeng, the Court has given consideration to your case. You were sentenced to 12 years imprisonment. That is a very severe sentence even in the case of murder. You were only convicted of manslaughter and to some extend althought there was a fight only one serious injury was given and that might have been caused in the way which you did not intend .

The Court has decided that your appeal will be allowed to the extend that your sentence will be reduced to 5 years.
